Quinn could only calculate at her husband Ephus as if he were sick. `` Have you lost your damn psyche ! '' She shouted, even causing Anhur to back away slightly.

'' Damn it Ephus ! Do n't you dare think that you can becharm your way out of this. '' Here, she was shaking a fingerbreadth in his face. A finger that he softly grabbed, slowly sucking it into his mouth. Snatching her fingerbreadth and script back, she slightly growled. `` halt that ! ``

'' Here he glanced back to an also nodding Anhur. `` The thing is, they actually asked for supporter. Since I helped the Egyptian Realm, I ca n't refuse to serve the others. ``

As she released a huge sigh, Quinn slowly nodded. `` Ephus, I know all this, I have since it has all started. anathemize it ! I know, I understand, that still does n't mean that I have to be friggin happy about it ! ``

Ephus could only stand there as her philippic played out. He had to completely jibe with her and like her, he was n't all that well-chosen either.

Ephus, shook his head as he thought of the darn near idiots that, the Greek immortal appeared to be. He swore that if they did n't listen to him this time, he was n't sure just what he 'd do. A rebuff growl, issued from him as he thought, ‘ it darn trusted would n't be pretty, that was for sure.'

The thing was, now that Ares had, had his ass handed to him twice by Ephus, he was probably mad as hell. A little smirk played across Ephus 's lips, no, Ares was by far more than mad or pissed.

Quinn had gotten hush, she quickly had learned when Ephus had that faraway look, he was lost in sentiment. Suddenly turning back toward her, he nodded.

'' Sorry hon, was just thinking that now that I have hurt Ares twice, HE is n't going to give up. So looks like I am in the thick of it again. Yes, I know, I will be as measured as I can. Why do you guess I have had Anhur teaching me every moment I had ? Ares loves weapons. '' Ephus told Quinn.

'' Yes, buddy has learned far faster than anyone I have ever seen. '' A import later, Anhur reached into the thin air withdrawing a sleek, green-colored metal, double-edged steel. `` I would be gallant if you took this particular weapon. Ephus had n't noticed, that Anhur was no longer holding the sword, it floating still in the air. Growling Ephus powered up as high as he could, reaching out to grasp the grip of the sword.

A shrill wailing filled the air, almost causing Ephus to exhaust the hold. Looking at the brand, he had to do a double-take. Before him stood a tall, retentive brown-haired adult female of what appeared to be Egyptian lineage.

As he shook his forefront, Ephus saw that he had his deal around the wrist of the woman.

She snarled then lashed out at him. `` Let me go you vile piece of dirty word. I will not knuckle under to you nor any other ! ``

'' Yield ? '' Ephus stated shocked. `` Why would I want you to pay to me ? Are you not the living aspect of the sword ? ``

'' Bah ! You really are an half-wit and a saphead ; I am not an vista as you call it. I AM the sword. Though you have the powerfulness godling, I can not take on you. ``

For some unusual reason, Ephus thought in force than to release the steel, as he thought a moment longer.

Ephus looked at both Quinn and Anhur, kissed Quinn, then vanished.

Deimos was also reaching out, a shocked look on his face. `` Really founding father, I can also feel his power, it is far beyond what I felt earlier. I do n't see how a brand can hope to defeat the godling. ``

'' Ah ! Then you have never heard of the Caspian God Killer. '' Ares sneered as he continued to drill with the sword.
